MIXED BOX OF TRADITIONAL ITALIAN PASTA

This mixed box contains three short cuts of Italian dried pasta, each with lots of crevices. Our traditional pasta is bronze wire-drawn semiartisanally in the fertile southern Italian province of Irpinia. Thanks to their rough and thick surfaces, these pasta cuts tend to trap any seasoning and sauce, amplifying most base flavors.
