This mixed box contains two long cuts of Italian dried pasta. Our traditional pasta is bronze wire-drawn semiartisanally in the fertile southern Italian province of Irpinia. Thanks to their volume, these pasta cuts are ideal for combinations with both light and heartier sauces.
