Chi è Talia di Napoli? Portano la vera e autentica pizza napoletana artigianale in tutti gli Stati Uniti d’America, direttamente dal forno della pizzeria campana. Le pizze vengono preparate seguendo l’antica ricetta e cucinate nel forno a legna per poi essere conservate, appena sfornate e senza l’utilizzo di conservanti, attraverso criogenesi in un tunnel di refrigerazione ad azoto liquido che le “addormenta” in una sorta di sonno freddo che preserva tutte le caratteristiche del prodotto iniziale.

C’est un autre succès remporté par buononaturale dans le monde en ligne en cette année 2022. En effet, en seulement six mois, nous avons lancé des magasins virtuels sur quatre des principales plateformes européennes en ligne pour l’industrie agroalimentaire: deux BtoB (Faire.com et Ankorstore.com) sur lequel s’appuient des dizaines de milliers de commerçants spécialisés partout en Europe et dans le monde; un autre BtoB (Metro France) sur lequel s’appuient certains des meilleurs restaurateurs français; et enfin une partie BtoC du groupe Carrefour (Greenweez.fr) pour le consommateur français BIO.

Toujours récente est la nouvelle de notre débarquement sur le continent américain, au nord et au sud, par l’intermédiaire de la Hispanic Retail Chamber of Commerce (“HRCOC”). Among this year’s developments, buononaturale arrives in Germany. Our organic products are now available throughout Germany, via the MrGusto online platform, which specializes in exclusive Italian delicatessens and wines.

With our partnership with MrGusto we, thus, continue to make progress in the online community. In barely six months, we have launched virtual stores on four of Europe’s F&B industry’s favorite online platforms: two BtoB markeplaces that tens of thousands of specialized European and global retailers rely upon for their procurement (Faire.com and Ankorstore.com); another BtoB marketplace for French restaurateurs (Metro France); and, finally, a BtoC platform owned by the massive Carrefour group and aggregating France’s biggest organic food enthusiasts (Greenweez.fr).

Another current event is our landing on the American continent, North and South, through the Hispanic Retail Chamber of Commerce (“HRCOC”). From October 22 through October 26, Milan hosted the 2021 edition of the TUTTOFOOD international trade, a cornerstone event in Italy and around the world for excellence and innovation in the Food&Beverage industry. TUTTOFOOD 2021 took place simultaneously with HostMilano and MEAT-TECH, the event dedicated to technological advances for meat processing and ready meals.

The end result was astonishing, especially considering the two years of closure due to the pandemic: Over 150,000 visitors, far more than the over 82,000 registered in the previous edition of 2019; over 1,400 exhibiting companies, of which 433 from abroad representing 43 countries.

At buononaturale, we experienced a very lively stand in Hall 14, # A43. What is more, our line of organic vegan sauces was showcased in Hall 6 (booth M23) as a finalist in the “Innovation” category of the Better Future Award, organized by Fiera Milano SpA. Over the five-day event, our team met over 500 guests, cooked over 100 original recipes, and showcased over 90 unique Italian specialties. Our Chef Ambassador Vincenzo Squarciafico, who boasts twenty years of experience in Russia and around the world, delighted visitors with his innovative remakes of traditional Italian dishes. The key principles of our brand were at the heart of each recipe, which relied exclusively on buononaturale products: the elegant naturalness of a country with over 3,000 years of history, the stupefying result of innovation carried out also with eye on simplicity and rapidity.

We want to thank all of those who contributed to transforming this five-day trade show into a milestone on our journey toward a prevailing wholesome, balanced eating lifestyle. We look forward to seeing you at the next major international trade show of the Food&Beverage industry, The Specialty Food Festival, which will be held in Dubai from Sunday, November 7 to Tuesday, November 9. This September, we accompanied our partner Transgourmet France on a spectacular tour of France, for two of the most prestigious trade shows in the industry.

From 11 to 13 September, we were present with our high-quality Italian specialties (starting from our semi-artisanal pasta) on the Transgourmet France booth for the 16th edition of the Omnivore Food Festival, held at the Parc Floral de Paris. During this three-day event, the stand hosted some of the most prominent personalities in our industry, starting with the legendary chef Alain Ducasse.

From 23 to 27 September, we visited our partner at Sirha in Lyon, on booths C and D 72 in Hall 2. Here, we witnessed another landmark event of this 2021, the victory of the Italian team in the Pastry World Cup (“Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie”). The team, made up of three well-known pastry chefs (chocolate specialist Massimo Pica, sugar specialist Lorenzo Puca, and gelato specialist Andrea Restuccia), won Italy its third gold in the food Olympics.

Notre Mayonnaise de soja BIO, une sauce entièrement italienne et végétalienne, a reçu le prix d’or pour “Excellent Taste” (donc “excellente saveur”) aux Mediterranean Taste Awards, un concours international pour l’industrie agroalimentaire qui s’est tenu à Londres entre février et Mars 2022.

C’est le deuxième prix, en seulement six mois, que buononaturale reçoit pour sa gamme de sauces italiennes biologiques et de sauces en version végétalienne. En fait, déjà à TUTTOFOOD 2021, notre mayonnaise de soja BIO a été choisie par Fiera Milano SpA comme finaliste pour “Innovation” au Better Future Award.

Deux résultats très prometteurs car ils démontrent qu’un choix durable plus innovant (de la liste des ingrédients aux méthodes de production utilisées dans nos sauces vegan BIO) peut résumer, de manière excellente, deux des principes clés de la recherche de la modernité consommateur alimentaire: goût et durabilité.

C’est l’un des nombreux succès que connaît buononaturale en cette année 2022. En effet, en seulement trois mois, nous avons lancé des boutiques virtuelles sur quatre des principales plateformes européennes en ligne de l’industrie agroalimentaire: deux BtoB (Faire.com et Ankorstore.com) sur lequel s’appuient des dizaines de milliers de commerçants spécialisés dans toute l’Europe et dans le monde; un autre BtoB (Metro France) sur lequel s’appuient certains des meilleurs restaurateurs français; et enfin une partie BtoC du groupe Carrefour (Greenweez.fr) pour le consommateur français BIO.

Our ORGANIC Soy mayonnaise received the Gold (“Excellent Taste”) medal at the 2022 Mediterranean Taste Awards held in London, UK, between February and March 2022.

This is our second award in less than six months, since TUTTOFOOD 2021, when buononaturale was selected by Fiera Milano SpA as a finalist of the “Innovation” category at the Better Future Award in Milan, Italy, for its newest line of classic Italian sauce recipes reformulated to be both organic and vegan.

These are promising results demonstrating how a more innovative sustainable decision (as translating into the ingredients list and production method behind our ORGANIC vegan sauce line) can adequately synthesize the two qualities every modern consumer is looking for in their food: good taste and greater sustainability.

Along with our successful participation in a frontline contest for the international Food&Beverage industry, buononaturale has also embarked on other ambitious projects in these early months of 2022. La nostra Maionese di soia BIO, una salsa tutta italiana e vegana, ha ricevuto il premio d’oro per “Excellent Taste” (quindi “sapore eccellente”) ai Mediterranean Taste Awards, concorso internazionale dell’industria agroalimentare tenutosi a Londra tra il febbraio e il marzo 2022.

Si tratta del secondo premio, nell’arco di appena sei mesi, che buononaturale riceve per la propria linea di salse e sughi italiani BIO in versione vegana. Difatti, già al TUTTOFOOD 2021, la nostra Maionese di soia BIO veniva scelta da Fiera Milano SpA come finalista per “Innovazione” al Better Future Award.

 Due risultati molto promettenti in quanto dimostrano che una scelta sostenibile più innovativa (dalla lista degli ingredienti ai metodi di produzione impiegati nelle nostre salse BIO vegane) possa arrivare a riassumere, in maniera eccellente, due dei principi cardine della ricerca del consumatore moderno di cibo: gusto e sostenibilità.

Les sauces tomates alternatives délicieusement végétaliennes buononaturale sont désormais également disponibles à Singapour. Cherchez-les!

Sous la direction du chef Vincenzo Squarciafico, cet épisode veut révéler des astuces (culinaires) pour personnaliser des recettes centenaires, tirées de toute la péninsule italienne, et les adapter aux besoins modernes de : rapidité, simplicité, qualité, esthétique. En d’autres termes, préparez-vous à savourer la Dolce Vita italienne sans renoncer à d’autres aspects de votre vie.

Le chef-d’œuvre du jour: Rouget sauté au thym et garni de tomates et de fèves germées.

INGRÉDIENTS pour 2 portions:

  • Sauce de soja buononaturale;
  • Pesto de pistache buononaturale;
  • Mayonnaise de soja buononaturale;
  • 2 petits rougets entiers;
  • 1 bouquet de persil et thym frais;
  • 1 gousse d’ail frais;
  • huile d’olive extra vierge, huile de tournesol, sel et poivre noir au goût.

MÉTHODE:

  1. Hacher les feuilles de persil frais et les mettre dans un petit bol;
  2. Ajouter l’huile d’olive et le poivre et mélanger le tout;
  3. Filetez les rougets et ajoutez du sel;
  4. Dans une poêle, ajouter l’huile d’olive et une gousse d’ail écrasée;
  5. Faire revenir la Sauce de soja buononaturale dans une autre poêle à basse température et laisser épaissir 10 minutes;
  6. Cuire les filets de rouget pendant 6 minutes;
  7. Parfumez les filets de romarin ou de thym frais;
  8. Assiette à partir de la Sauce de soja buononaturale;
  9. Retirer les filets de la poêle et les placer sur du papier absorbant;
  10. Décorer avec la Mayonnaise de soja buononaturale;
  11. Ajouter le Pesto de pistache buononaturale à l’intérieur charnu des filets de rouget;
  12. Garnir d’un peu de persil frais dans l’huile d’olive.
