TRUFFLE SAUCE
The buononaturale truffle sauce is obtained from the union of carefully selected fresh, fine ingredients: black summer truffle, champignon mushrooms, and herbs. After the UNESCO World Heritage practice of the caccia e cavatura, our truffle is dehydrated and transformed in semi-artisanal laboratories along the central-southern Italian Apennines. Our truffle is preserved in extra-virgin olive oil and without additives, thereby managing to retain its pungent aroma and intense flavor. Combine it with pasta or meat-based dishes for memorable meals, or spread it over crunchy croutons for an elegant yet simple Italian-style aperitivo.
Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 65%, extra-virgin olive oil, olive oil, black truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittadini) 3%, sweet herbs, salt, aroma.
