NATURAL SUMMER TRUFFLE HONEY

The buononaturale Natural truffle honey allows you to address one of the main short comings of truffle, namely its perishable nature. After the UNESCO World Heritage practice of the “caccia e cavatura,” our truffle is dehydrated and transformed in semi-artisanal laboratories along the Central-Southern Italian Apennines. Combine it with meat and bruschettas, but mostly with cheeses, especially those with a strong flavor and well aged, such as Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano or pecorino.
