The buononaturale Polenta with porcini mushrooms is made from natural ingredients grown and produced according to organic standards. This semolina allows you to recreate, in a matter of minutes and of a few stirring movements, one of the most ancient dishes of Italy’s culinary tradition: the polenta.

Ingredients: Fast-cooking corn semolina* 96%, porcini mushrooms* 4% (Baletus Edulis). *=ORGANIC.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring 1.2 liters of water to the boil and salt it. Slowly pour the contents of this package, stirring and avoiding lumps. Mix with high fire until it thickens. Remove from fire after 5 minutes and serve it hot. Add Parmesan cheese according to taste. Attention: if you want to change the consistency of the polenta, please adjust the amount of water.
