Ingredients: Sunflower seed oil*, water, SOY beverage* 10% (water, SOY seeds* 6.5%), cane sugar*, apple vinegar*, sea salt, lemon juice*, extra-virgin olive oil*, MUSTARD* powder, wine vinegar*, spices*, antioxidant: rosemary aroma*, thickener: xanthan gum, guar seed flour*. *=ORGANIC.

The buononaturale ORGANIC Soy mayonnaise received the Gold medal (for “Excellent Taste”) at the 2022 Mediterranean Taste Awards held in London, UK in February-March 2022 (view here the competition’s winners). This is our second award in less than six months, since the TUTTOFOOD 2021 trade show back in October, when the buononaturale ORGANIC vegan sauce line was selected by the TUTTOFOOD and HOST trade show organizers, Fiera Milano SpA, as a finalist for the “Innovation” category at the Better Future Award in Milan, Italy (view here the competition’s page).
