SUMMER TRUFFLE FLAVORED EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The buononaturale Summer truffle flavored extra-virgin olive oil allows you to address one of the main short comings of truffle, namely its perishable nature. It should be used as a classic extra-virgin olive oil, but pay attention to the delicate truffle aftertaste that will invade the palate a few seconds after consumption. After the UNESCO World Heritage practice of the “caccia e cavatura,” our truffle is dehydrated and transformed in semi-artisanal laboratories along the Central-Southern Italian Apennines. Combine it with first and second courses alike to make any simple meal a lot more memorable.
