This  buononaturale black-summer-truffle flavored condiment allows you to address one of the main shortcomings of truffle, namely its perishable nature. It should be used as a classic extra-virgin olive oil, but pay attention to the delicate truffle aftertaste that will invade the palate a few seconds after consumption.
