FRESH EGG PASTA
The buononaturale fresh lasagna leaves are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Its dough is made from durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, granting our lasagna leaves a cohesive texture. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 30 days.
Ingredients: Durum WHEAT semolina, soft WHEAT flour type “00”, fresh EGGS, water.
