buononaturale’s fresh Lasagna leaves are handcrafted. The dough is made from durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, eggs and water. Chefs appreciate the cohesive texture of these Lasagna leaves. The hurdle approach used is called Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and allows for a shelf life of 45 days.
bring to boil 500 ml water in a pan, if possible a non-stick frying pan. Then salt it and add three spoons olive oil. Pour the contents of this pack in the pan and let it cook for the specified time. Serve hot with grated cheese.
