MEDITERRANEAN DURUM WHEAT FOCACCIA
The buononaturale Mediterranean focaccia owes its intense, decisive, and aromatic flavor to its origins: it is made from remilled durum wheat semolina obtained through the rigorous selection of grains and the use of natural yeast. Enjoy this flavorful focaccia, which encapsulates the typical flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean Sea basin, as accompaniment to all sorts of vegetables and salami, or on its own. Our focaccia is tall, soft, and fluffy, being produced according to the ancient Apulian tradition of focaccia making.
Ingredients: Durum wheat FLOUR (45.2%), water, tomatoes (27.3%), pitted green olives (5.3%), extra-virgin olive oil (8.4%), salt, natural yeast, oregano.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat the oven at 200°C. Put the frozen product directly into the oven and cook it for 8–10 minutes. Let the product cool before serving.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE: Refrigerate at <-18°C.
