FRESH STUFFED PASTA MADE FROM EGGS
The buononaturale fresh Ravioli are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Their puffy dough is made from durum wheat flour, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, and contains an elegant heart filled with ricotta and truffle, the result of years of ingredient research. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 45 days.

Ingredients:
Dough (55%): Durum WHEAT semolina, soft WHEAT flour type “00”, fresh EGGS 10%, water.
Stuffing (45%): Fresh Ricotta (80%) (WHEY, MILK and salt), Parmigiano Reggiano (MILK, rennet, salt), truffle (3%), fresh parsley, salt, pepper.
