FRESH EGG PASTA

The buononaturale fresh tagliatelle are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Their dough is made from durum durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, squid ink, eggs, and water. Our tagliatelle are uniquely flavorful and tenacious, therefore releasing less starch during the cooking process. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 30 days.

Product Description

Ingredients: Durum WHEAT semolina, soft WHEAT flour type “00”, fresh EGGS, water, squid ink (3%).
