buononaturale’s fresh Fusilli are handcrafted. The dough is made from durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, eggs and water. Chefs appreciate the flavor and tenacity of these fresh Fusilli, which do not release starches. The hurdle approach used is called Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and allows for a shelf life of 45 days.
