POTATO GNOCCHI

buononaturale’s fresh potato Gnocchi are handcrafted. The dough is made from potato flour, soft wheat flour, eggs and water. Chefs appreciate the soft yet cohesive texture of these fresh Gnocchi. The hurdle approach used is called Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and allows for a shelf life of 45 days.
 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
bring to boil 500 ml water in a pan, if possible a non-stick frying pan. Then salt it and add three spoons olive oil. Pour the contents of this pack in the pan and let it cook for the specified time. Serve hot with grated cheese.
