The buononaturale fresh ravioli are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Their puffy dough is made from durum wheat flour, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, and contains an elegant heart filled with ricotta and truffle, the result of years of ingredient research. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 30 days.

Product Description

Ingredients: Dough (55%): Durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT flour type “00”, fresh EGGS 10%, water. Filling (45%): Fresh ricotta (80%) (WHEY, MILK, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, rennet, salt), truffle (3%), salt, pepper.
