FAST-COOKING ORGANIC CORN SEMOLINA WITH VEGETABLES
The buononaturale polenta is made from natural ingredients grown and produced according to organic standards. This semolina allows you to recreate, in a matter of minutes and of a few stirring movements, one of the most ancient dishes of Italy’s culinary tradition: the polenta.

Ingredients: Fast-cooking corn semolina* 90%, vegetables in varying proportions* 7% (zucchini*, bell peppers*, carrots*, onion*), garlic*, parsley*, basil*, tomato paste*. *=ORGANIC.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: bring 1.2 liters of water to a boil and add salt. Slowly pour contents of package, stirring and avoiding lumps. Cook and stir continously on high fire until it thickens. Remove from the heat after 5 minutes and serve hot. Add grated parmesan cheese according to taste. Attention: adjust the quantity of boiling water to reach the desired consistency.
