buononaturale and Paolo Barrale Pay A Visit To OFF 2019.

From July 14 through Monday, July 15 2019, buononaturale celebrated locally these two days dedicated to healthy eating and tasty food in Ottaviano, in the Southern Italian region of Campania, for the fourth edition of the Ottaviano Food Festival (“OFF”), a charity event that this year has expanded and become a sustainability event by being plastic-free event.

Our Chef Ambassador Paolo Barrale took part in the event, delighting present palates with his masterful adaptations of buononaturale products. In particular, he used our Carnaroli rice to create a work of art:

Alpine butter risotto with yellow tomato pouring spray, anchovy sauce, mint, and lemon.

In short, another manifestation of Paolo Barrale’s unusually creative genius!
