FILLED FRESH EGG PASTA

The buononaturale fresh ravioli are handmade in the fertile southern Italian region of Irpinia. Their puffy dough is made from durum wheat flour, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, and contains a heart filled with ricotta and provola cheese, the result of years of ingredient research. The Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) tecnique employed allows for a shelf life of 30 days.

Product Description

Ingredients: Dough (55%): Durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT flour type “00”, fresh EGGS, water. Filling (45%): Fresh Ricotta (80%) (WHEY, MILK and salt, Parmigiano Reggiano 8% (MILK, rennet, salt), fresh EGGS, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, brewer’s yeast, salt) , fresh parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
